  • I am working with several well known brilliant fundraising consultants. They are offering a pro-bono telephone conversation or video meet. This is to ensure that you are in the best place to on-board a new recruit and for them to hit the ground running.

    • they will have a pro-bono conversation with you and ask pertinent questions.

  • I have 25 years experience as a headhunter and recruiter in fundraising. Therefore, I have enormous access to a huge database and linkedin network, but also the experience to identify the right talent for you. This means:

    • taking a brief from you and really understanding what you are looking for and how that is going to benefit you and the organisation.

    • getting a clear picture of the type of person that will best suit your organisation and your style of leadership.

Our careers are so important to our well being, but also ensuring we have a a good work life balance. I know, having experienced a burnout in 2017, that getting this right and protecting our mental health is everything.
